1. Planning & Design
A design is the best way to visualize your project and the initial design meeting is our starting point. One of our team members will meet with you to discuss ideas, budgetary numbers, and take measurements. During this phase and depending on the size and scope of your project, we will work with our in-house designer and/or architects and engineers to plan the best approach to your project.
2. Proposal
Your needs, ideas, and expectations are important to us. After the initial design meeting, a formal proposal will be created that incorporates your ideas and budget and is presented to you in person. This allows us to address any questions or changes at the beginning of your project. This second meeting ensures that all are on the same page and your project gets off to a smooth start!
3. Construction
Now the exciting part, watching as your project takes shape. My Contracting makes this phase as unobtrusive and seamless as possible. After your approval of the design and budget, MY Contracting begins making your dream a reality. We take care of all the details (large and small), from design, pulling permits, construction per local and state codes to clean-up. We know
